This canvas, inspired by "Lean Startup" and "Business Model Canvas", is a tool that allows for rapid prototyping of projects with large media/journalistic components.

I use it for my own projects, and I also use it to help my clients and partners. I've even used it with 1000+ students and journalists during my master classes for seven years!
